Quintessence — oil on linen, 36 × 24 inches

February 2026

Solo exhibition at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center

After receiving Best of Show at Magnum Opus 2025, Victoria returned to the Sacramento Fine Arts Center — where she taught weekly oil painting for fifteen years — with a month-long solo exhibition.

Alongside her figurative paintings, the show debuted the Gilded Portraits to a home-town audience, honoring the beauty and dignity of Native American women and raising awareness of the missing and murdered Indigenous women crisis.

The Gilded Portraits arrive at West Lives On Gallery, Jackson Hole

Victoria's series of historical Native American women is now available at West Lives On Gallery in Jackson Hole, Wyoming — one of the West's premier destinations for western and wildlife art.

Painted from black-and-white photographs taken between the 1870s and 1910s, each portrait is worked in a limited palette of five colors, then finished with 22-karat gold and silver gilding.
